Instructions to Enroll a NEW Girl Scout in a Troop not on the Catalog
  • Click "New Girl Enrollment Link" (above)
  • ​Click "Login" (top right hand corner)
  • Click "Don't have an account? Sign up now"
  • Create an account (using adult's name and email)
  • Activate account via email
  • Back to screen "Log In"
  • Click "Join" (top right hand corner)
  • Click "Find a Troop"
  • Enter Zip Code
  • Select Membership Year
  • Click "Search"
  • In the box to "Search by troop name or troop description" enter the Troop number that you wish to join
  • You will see the message
    • ​We found 0 troops that match your search
    • Not seeing the right troop for you?
    • Start your own or Join without a Troop
  • Click "Join without a troop"
  • ​​Enter girl participant info
    • ​Check "Use my primary address"
    • Check "I am the caregiver"
    • Check "Caregiver has same address as Girl"
    • Choose Membership
  • Choose payment type (apply for financial aid if desired)
  • Click "Save details"
  • Review cart
  • Click "Add payment details"
  • Click "Submit payment"​
  • Forward registration confirmation to your Troop Leader and she will contact GSNorCal Membership at [email protected] to have you added to the Troop
  • Alternatively Girl Scouts may contact you for the Troop number that you wish to join.
