January 12th -  Digital Cookie opens for business, cookie program begins

January 12th - 1st Round of Booth signups in Smart Cookie

January 16th - Troop Initial Orders due in Smart Cookies by 11:59pm

February 1st - Crossroads' distribution of Initial Orders to troops
(Once troops have received their cookies, they can start door-to-door sales and cookie deliveries)

February 4th - Cookie booths and Public sales begin

February 4th - Cookie Cupboards open

March 15th - Cookie Program ends

Important Cookie Booth Info

Cookie Booth Essentials - Pages 14-16 of Family Guide
  • Release any booths you cannot work, ASAP.
  • Be prompt, polite, check in/out with Store Manager
  • Max 4 girls and 2 adults (divided into shorter shifts okay)
  • No extra people (siblings, friends, pets)
  • No eating, drinking, smoking
  • No electronics (except for taking electronic payments)
  • Bring your own table, tablecloth, chairs (for adults), grocery bags for multiple packages, first aid kit, sanitizer/wipes
  • Keep change in money pouch held by an adult
  • Have permission and health forms
  • Display QR code for easy cashless transactions
  • Take your empty boxes with you - don't leave in trash
  • Allocate booth cookies to girls promptly
  • Within 24 hours, submit total items sold (with Troop number & booth date, time, location) to [email protected]

Guidance for Troop Cookie Volunteers 

1. Register for Q&As with the GSNorCal Product Team (link here) every Wednesday, 6pm-7:30pm.
2. Troops who are doing booths, within 24 hours, submit total items sold (with Troop number & booth date, time, location) to [email protected].
