Important Cookie Booth Info

  • Release any booths you cannot work, ASAP.
  • Be prompt, polite, check in/out with Store Manager
  • Max 4 girls and 2 adults (divided into shorter shifts okay)
  • No extra people (siblings, friends, pets)
  • No eating, drinking, smoking
  • No electronics (except for Digital Cookie/ Credit Card app)
  • Bring your own table, tablecloth, chairs (for adults), grocery bags for multiple packages, first aid kit, sanitizer/wipes
  • Keep change in money pouch
  • Have permission and health forms
  • Display QR code for easy cashless transactions
  • Take your empty boxes with you - don't leave in trash
  • Allocate booth cookies to girls promptly
  • Within 24 hours, submit total items sold (with Troop number & booth date, time, location) to crsubooths@gmail.com

Guidance for Troop Cookie Volunteers 

1. Register for Q&As with the GSNorCal Product Team (link here) every Wednesday, 5:30pm-6:30pm (01/05/22 - 03/30/22).
2. Troops who are doing booths, within 24 hours, submit total items sold (with Troop number & booth date, time, location) to crsubooths@gmail.com.

Hello Troop Cookie Teams,  
Cookie season is coming soon!  Here are all the important dates for your calendar.

Volunteer Kickoffs – virtual meetings with Product Program Team
All troops should have a Troop Leader/Troop Cookie Manager attend one of these virtual trainings. 
· 1/21: Troop Returning Volunteer Kickoff @10am-12pm
· 1/26: Troop Returning Volunteer Kickoff @6pm-8pm
· 1/28: Troop New Volunteer Kickoff @10am -1pm

Important Program Dates:
· 2/13: Troop booth selection begins in eBudde
· 2/17: Troop Initial Order due in eBudde
· 2/22: Digital cookie access emails sent to caregivers
· 3/8: Digital shops open, residential in-person opens
· 3/12: Crossroads Initial Order Delivery/Distribution Day (Oracle parking garage in Pleasanton) - ALL troops placing an Initial Order must provide at least 1 volunteer for a 2-hour shift. Signup details will be sent to all troops through eBudde in February.
· 3/20: Public booths and DoorDash opens
· 4/23: Cookie businesses close

DoorDash:
Troops (Juniors and above) interested in running a DoorDash booth need to email Mindy at cookiescrsu@gmail.com by January 21st to receive additional details and instructions.
