Leader Support Manager
Presides over Service Unit Team.
Program Support Manager

Membership Support Manager
Organize troops, place girls and adults into existing troops and ensure that all girls are given the opportunity to have a Girl Scout experience.
Treasurer
Manages Service Unit finances and keeps records for council.
Registrar
Assists in the renewal process for troops and scouts in the service unit.
Secretary
Records minutes at SUT meetings, types and distributes correspondence as needed.
Fall Sales Manager

Cookies Sales Manager

Cupboard Manager
Runs the product sales cupboard(s).

Communications Coordinator
The person who manages our newsletter database, and composes and sends out our newsletters.
Older Girl (OG) Program Manager
Works with Older Girl troops to provide programming specifically targeted at girls at the Cadette, Senior, and Ambassador level.
Higher Awards Consultant
Available to answer questions regarding higher awards.
Adult Recognition Coordinator
Keeps volunteer service records, coordinates timely submission of nominations for adult recognition at Council and Service Unit levels.
Community Liaison
The point person in our service unit for organizations seeking scouts to help with their event.
Super Troop Coordinator
The person who manages the Super Troop program including developing the flyer, publicizing it, and purchasing and distributing patches.
First Aid Coordinator
The person who maintains CRSU's first aid backpacks and trunks.
Lending Library
Keeper of Girl Guides, Journey & Leader Books, resource books, GPS Units and flags. All available for checkout. Click here for additional information of inventory available.

School Organizers

Event Coordinators
- Fall Campout - where C/S/A's run the stations for B/J girls
- Parade Coordinator - the point person for distributing information regarding the Pleasanton Veteran's Parade and Holiday Parade and the Dublin St. Patrick's Day Parade
- Adopt-A-Family - where troops donate food and gifts for families in need and C/S/A's put on a fun event for those families
- Scouts on Skates (SOS) - our multi-session ice skating event
- Older Girl Weekend - our C/S/A-only weekend event
- Thinking Day - our event to celebrate this Girl Scout Holiday
- Mini-Camporee - our one-day camporee-lite event especially for Daisies
- Camporee I & II - our weekend-long campout
